About More Extra

More Extra was born from a memory: my mother's gold rings, my aunties' beaded necklaces, the specific weight of a brass bracelet that meant something before I understood why.

I'm Bibi Fadlalla — artist, filmmaker, and the maker behind every piece in this shop. I've spent my career studying what it means to take up space with intention. More Extra is that same work, just worn around your neck.

"Extra" isn't an aesthetic. It's an ancestral right.

These are Diasporic Artifacts: handmade necklaces built from materials that carry their own history. Vintage resin beads from Morocco. Hand-finished brass from Ghana. Zebra batik bone from Kenya. Every piece is one of a kind and made once. When it's gone, it's gone.

We make jewelry for the self-made women of color building their lives between cultures in Amsterdam, London, Berlin, New York & Paris. Women who don't need to explain the reference. Women who walk in and the room already knows.

Be bold. Be golden. Be More Extra.
