At More Extra, we want you to feel confident in every purchase — but we also keep it real. Our refund and return terms follow Dutch and EU law, and we’ve written them clearly for you.
Right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht)
If you bought online from our store, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.
The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must let us know within this 14-day period by contacting us at:
Once you notify us, you then have another 14 days to send the products back.
You don’t need to give a reason.
How to return

Email us within 14 days of delivery letting us know you wish to cancel your order.

Package the product securely with any original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Send it back to the return address we provide.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Conditions for refunds
To be eligible for a full refund:

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

They must not show signs of wear beyond normal inspection (you may try the item on as if in a store).

Original packaging and tags should be included where possible.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if:

The item is returned damaged or worn beyond inspection use.

The value has diminished due to use.
What we refund
If you cancel within the legal period and return the item:
✔ The full purchase price
✔ The standard delivery cost you paid
✔ Refund issued using the same payment method you used at checkout
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless we explicitly cover them (e.g., faulty or wrong item).
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item, or after you’ve provided proof that you’ve sent it back, whichever is earlier.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@more-extra.com with a photo and order details.
We’ll sort a replacement or refund quickly.
Under Dutch/EU consumer law, you’re entitled to products that match the description and are free from defects.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply if your item is:

Customized and made to order (e.g. engraved or bespoke pieces).

Returned in a condition that cannot reasonably be resold due to use beyond inspection.

You’re responsible for return shipping unless we specify otherwise.
