Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
