These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the More Extra webshop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Our jewelry is carefully curated and photographed to reflect its true look and feel as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences — this is part of the character of the pieces.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders are only processed once payment has been received.

More Extra reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

More Extra is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers in the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@more-extra.com.
We will offer a suitable solution in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.

More Extra is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper use of jewelry

  • Allergic reactions (material information is provided where possible)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is always limited to the amount paid for the product in question, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and design — is the property of More Extra and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
